THE IRPT.INFO'S DOCUMENTATION PROJECT:
- Is a project aiming at collecting documentation from targeted individuals subjected to DHB - AI - IS
or the UFO/ET phenomenon.
Irpt.info is in cooperation with the Association for Cognitive Liberty (ACL). Irpt info's documentation
project is a separate project from the ACL's "File a Report" where all targeted individuals can file a
report regardless of which type of classified research and development program they are subjected to.
IRPT.INFO and the Association for Cognitive Liberty share the same goal.
There are three methods for filing a report:
You can create a written document, or a video or an audio file of good quality. The file
has to be saved in a common format before it is sent to the documentation project.
We do not edit video or audio. We do not publish any of the documentation we receive.
If the documentation
is to be published by irpt.info, a written consent has to be provided by the owner
and the author of the content.

Why should I file a report/send my story to the irpt.info's documentation project?
The irpt.info's documentation project need your report to document:
- the extent and the character of abuse and violation of human rights
- the classified R&D projects use of involuntary test subjects
- what type of electromagnetic brain experiments that are operational
- health, social and economical consequences for targeted individuals subjected to electromagnetic
experiments with the brain
How will my report be used?
If a significant amount of testimonies of good quality is provided by targeted individuals a report
based on the provided material will be filed to the Governments from which the TI's originate.
The report is a part of the Irpt.info's ongoing work to document and disclose the industries violation
of human rights and illegal use of involuntary test subjects.
All information provided to the Irpt.info's documentation project is treated as confidential.
Who can file a report?
Targeted individuals subjected to the DHB - AI - IS- or/and the UFO/ET phenomenon
can file a report to the Irpt.info's documentation project.
How do I file a report?
You can send your report by e-mail or by postal mail.
